General Characteristics:
GARDENIA ECODET is a liquid blend of highly active biodegradable surfactants suitable for easy and efficient cleaning. The product is a pleasantly perfumed green coloured detergent for all cleaning operations. Dirt, grease and grime are easily removed without tedious scrubbing. Simply spray on or wipe onto the surface to be cleaned, rinse and wipe clean. The penetrating agents in the detergent quickly loosen the toughest soil.
Features:
GARDENIA ECODET goes into solution instantly and is designed to quickly penetrate and release dirt. It can be used in almost all applications from cleaning floors, upholstery, walls, light fittings, refrigerators, stores, kitchen-hoods, machinery, etc. With the pleasing fragrance GARDENIA ECODET is ideal for general advantage. However, GARDENIA ECODET may not be considered for food processing and handling facilities, as the strong perfume may penetrate the food. Floors, washed with GARDENIA ECODET have greater slip resistance than those washed with alkaline cleaners or powder cleansers.

Method of applications an Dilution:
Application can be by spray, mop, brush and scrubbing machines. Very dilute solutions 1 : 100 upwards can be used effectively by spraying and then mopping it clean. More concentrated solutions have to be rinsed with water after cleaning. The use concentration of GARDENIA ECODET varies from using it 1 : 3 for removal of extra heavy deposits to dilutions up to 1 : 100 with water for light duty cleaning. For moderate soils 1 : 15 to 1 : 40 would give the desired results.
Painted surfaces to be cleaned with GARDENIA ECODET can be no stronger than 1 : 15 dilution followed by a rinse. If GARDENIA ECODET is to be used on asphalt surfaces, use no stronger than 1 : 15 dilution followed by an immediate rinse with water.
Safety Precautions:
GARDENIA ECODET is generally safe. However, if GARDENIA ECODET is to be used over an extended period, gloves should be worn. For short term applications the product is safe on naked hands unless the user’s skin is sensitive. In case of splashes onto eyes, wash with copious amounts of water and obtain medical attention, if required.
Spillages, if any, should be hosed down with water and removed completely as solutions of GARDENIA ECODET tend to be very slippery.
Customers are advised not to reuse empty containers and are advised to destroy or dispose them promptly. In case of ingestion seek medical advice promptly.
